•All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject any payment or orders if prices are deemed inaccurate upon purchase.
•For items that include shipping/delivery, shipping/delivery charges will be applied separately.

•You can make payment by the following modes:-
Online payment by Bank Transfer, VISA, Mastercard & PayPal account.

•Your sales order is confirmed as at the date & time of your transaction. We will contact you for clarification if applicable.
•We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods.
•All premiums & freebies are on while stocks last basis.
•An agreement to proceed with an online transaction is a legal binding agreement to purchase goods or services.


•All products sold carry a limited manufacturers warranty, unless stated otherwise.
•The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the product.
•Different warranty periods are provided for different products from the manufacturers / distributors.
•Manufacturers' / distributors' warranty policies apply.

•Gadgetry Wizards's total liability herein respect of each event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total price paid for the purchase of products and / or services under these Terms & Condtions.
•Gadgetry Wizards & Customer agree that Gadgetry Wizards shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services.
•Any typographical, clerical or other error omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by Gadgetry Wizards shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Gadgetry Wizards.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full exchange.

You should expect to receive your exchanged item within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your item more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your postal service to mail the item to you (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 100gm.
